- Session Time – Set how long you’re allowed to stay logged in and play;
- Cooling-Off Period – Take a short break. While this is active, you won’t be able to deposit or receive promotional offers, but withdrawals remain available;
- Self-Exclusion – Take a longer break by temporarily or permanently disabling your account. During this time, no access, deposits, or promotions will be allowed.
You can change your limits at any time. Lower limits take effect right away. Higher limits require confirmation and will only apply after the previous limit expires, to help avoid impulsive decisions.

Self-Exclusion by Request
If you’d like to block access to your account for a specific or indefinite period, just email our support team. We’ll disable your account and stop sending you any marketing.
During active self-exclusion, you won’t be able to log in. If you have a remaining balance, reach out to support to initiate a withdrawal. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Note: You may still need to complete verification before funds can be released. For indefinite self-exclusion, payouts are processed according to casino limits. For temporary exclusion, payouts are made once the period ends.
